And They Lived Happily Ever After

And They Lived Happily Ever After

As previously noted I recently got married.

More specifically, in October of this year.

I think know that every bride thinks her wedding is the best of them all.

Well not me. I know better. My wedding had a shit ton of mishaps.

Pumpkins were organically grown, thus not as “white pumpkin” as I had hoped.

Also as shown above, my wedding venue somehow lost about 10-15 of them, so only MOST of the guests had a pumpkin escort card.

Awesome.

My table numbers somehow got rearranged so not only was everyone sitting at the wrong table, but an extra table was added last minute.

Also, my husband hates me and decided that as the ultimate form of punishment (since naturally the goal is to chastise the bride on her wedding day) he wanted me to write and sing my own song to him in front of everyone at the wedding.

I am clearly having a fun time.

Not.

(In all fairness, I knew of this a year beforehand, I just get super nervous in front of crowds of people that I know)

All of that being said:

My wedding was MAGICAL.

My groom was IS a stud.

The ceremony and reception were beautiful.

We had awesome friends by our side.

And everyone danced their faces off, including us.

I guess the moral of the story is simple:

Don’t sweat the little things.

At the end of the day, I didn’t give a rats tookus about the pumpkins, table numbers, or anything of the sort.

I married the love of my life and we got to share our love and excitement with our closest friends and family.

That’s a perfect fairytale wedding in my book.
